At Underbrush, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in the original mailer.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
